8/13 很低調的看完Linkin Park演唱會,不~應該說是AAR+Hoobastank+Linkin Park的演唱會,

為什麼說很低調?因為若是一年前的我,可能在演唱會到來前一個月,就開始四處宣傳,心花怒放了.

鐵定還會在自己的BLOG或論壇狂貼Linkin Park的文章、參與相關討論.

而今年我卻是默默的等著他們來,默默的請了假看演唱會,默默的就這麼回家去!

可能是近來忙到不可開交,連他們的新聞都完全沒注意(不好意思啦,有時間我也在忙著關心RAFA的傷勢~)

連Shinoda的Blog都有一年多沒登入,改版也是最近才發現(我以前可是一天去看N次,還會搶頭香的咧!)

有見面會之類的抽獎活動也都不知情,這種情形在一年前是絕不可能發生的~當時的我一定會竭盡所能只為多看Shinoda一眼.

而這次就連演唱會後也不太去看其他歌迷的感想、日誌和討論,總覺得一切很平淡,好像沒發生過一樣.

是年紀大了?熱情淡了?還是真的累了?(蠻牛也救不了的累~)

而演唱會的平淡程度和我的心境有得比,

最大的"高潮"是麥克風掛掉+大營幕掛點的時候,因為此時大家正狂怒,

不過這對主辦單位來說是司空見慣的事情(我又想到MCR歌劇魅影事件~)

該單位舉辦的演唱會如果不出點意外,大家一定會覺得哪兒不對勁,至於細節已經在PTT被罵到翻,我也不用再火上加油囉!

我說的平淡,當然是和前年的演唱會相比,

其實三個團都表現得很專業,雖然我之前不太認識AAR,不過他們這次的到來,讓我開始對他們的音樂感興趣,

(不過主唱在台上用怪腔怪調不斷的~YA~YA~YA.....讓我有點想昏倒~其實是笑翻...哈哈,不過很會帶氣氛啦~)

而Hoobastank獻上經典國民歌曲-The reason送給台灣的災民們,也讓我小小感動到(重點是捐錢沒?)

兩組團很識相的直喊著"Are you ready for Linkin Park",此時在大雨中被淋到失焦的歌迷才會突然驚醒大喊"YES"

不過Linkin Park這次幾乎沒和歌迷互動,從頭到尾唱完歌就快閃,話也說沒幾句,和前年HIGH到翻的演唱會差很多!

(會不會是在後台被拗捐款~奇摩子抺頌~哈哈~不過二萬美金到手!) 

雖然全身溼透+鐵腿+肩頸酸痛(背著NB從一點半排隊到九點半演唱會結束,回家後有掛點的感覺~)

但總的來講,一張票看三個天團(算吧~)已經值回票價了!

接下來要談到第二個主題~Blog與Twitter的戰爭~

不過Linkin Park演唱會和Blog VS Twitter有何關係?

這就要牽扯到兩位無聊人士-Phoenix & Mike(看來我也挺無聊的,不然不會發這一篇)

話說上禮拜Phoenix申請了Twitter的帳號,於是開啟了與Mike之間的戰爭!

In case you don't already know, I'm not on Twitter. I simply feel this blog is big enough to hold all of my mental barf, I don't need another outlet. With that said, Chester was the only other guy in our band on...until now.

Don't feel bad. He told me to eat it as well. But I wasn't having a blog/Twitter war. I just bet why he wouldn't last more than three weeks on Twitter. And we're desperately trying to get #GloriousExcessDies as a Trending Topic on Twitter. You should announce it so people will actually pay attention.

That's a great idea. Phoenix will love it if #GloriousExcessDies becomes a trending topic on Twitter, especially if he's involved in the conversation. If everyone could help us out with that, it would be awesome. Include #GloriousExcessDies in your posts...

It appears that my Gold Guns Girls Metric remix has been circulating online. Glad you guys like it! I'm obviously not permitted to post any links to the track, but there has been some great feedback about it...and you can always just listen to it in the music section here.

I guess this war is over: I outsmarted Phoenix, now he's delusional.

Poor team Twitter…they're in blog > twitter denial. Apparently, they misunderstood the whole battle. Let's go back to the beginning:

Therefore, unfortunately for team Twitter, this has never been a "which side are you on" debate.

Greater-than and less-than: it's a hierarchical debate. As in:

Food: Enjoyable and necessary
Blog: Enjoyable and useful
My Toilet: I don't care one way or another about it, but at least it's useful.
Twitter: Less than toilet.

I know Dave is a Star Wars fan, so I'll help him out by using a Star Wars analogy. The question is not "are you on the light side or the dark side?" The question is: which is higher on the food chain, blog or twit?

Blogging is Yoda. Twitter is Jar Jar Binks.
